PushPay Integration

The PushPay integration is on our roadmap but not yet available. Here's what's planned and how to track your PushPay giving in Vitals today using manual entry.

Status: On Our Roadmap

We're planning to build a direct PushPay integration, but it's not available yet and we don't have a specific timeline to share. We want to be upfront about that so you can plan accordingly.

In the meantime, you can easily enter your PushPay giving numbers manually each week — it takes less than a minute. Many of our churches do this and it works great.

What the Integration Will Do (When Available)

When we build the PushPay integration, here's what it will sync automatically — no manual entry needed:

Weekly Giving Totals

Total amount given through PushPay each week, with week-over-week and year-over-year comparisons.

Fund Breakdowns

General fund, missions, building campaign — each tracked separately with its own trend line.

Online vs. In-Person

How to Track Your PushPay Giving Right Now

Until the integration is built, here's a simple weekly workflow that takes about 60 seconds. Most churches have their finance person or admin handle this on Monday mornings.

  1. 1

Pull your weekend total from PushPay

Log into your PushPay admin dashboard and note the total giving for the weekend. Most churches look at the "Payments" report filtered to the last 7 days.

  2. 2

    Enter it in Vitals

Go to Enter Data in Vitals, select the Sunday date, and type your giving total into the giving field. If you track online and in-person separately, enter those too.

  3. 3

    That's it — you're done

Your giving data now shows on your dashboard alongside attendance and other metrics. It's included in weekly reports and year-over-year comparisons automatically.

Pro tip: Set a Monday morning reminder on your phone. Most churches that do this manually say it becomes second nature after 2-3 weeks — open PushPay, jot down the number, type it into Vitals, done.

Already Using Planning Center Giving?

If your church processes giving through both PushPay and Planning Center, you may already have giving data flowing into Vitals through the Planning Center integration.

In that case, be careful not to double-count. If PCO Giving already includes your PushPay deposits (because your finance team reconciles everything into PCO), then you don't need to enter PushPay numbers separately.

Quick check: Ask your finance person — "Does our Planning Center giving total already include PushPay donations?" If yes, you're all set. If no, enter the PushPay amount manually as described above.

Want to Be Notified When It's Ready?

If automatic PushPay sync is important to your church, let us know. Email support@vitals.church with the subject "PushPay Integration Interest" and we'll add you to the notification list. When it's ready, you'll be the first to know.

Your feedback also helps us prioritize — the more churches that ask for this, the higher it moves on our roadmap.
