Active Issues

Church Online Platform Integration

In Progress

Church Online Platform recently updated their API. The Vitals integration is temporarily unavailable while we update our connector.

Expected resolution: Coming soon

Workaround: Enter your online viewer count manually in the weekly data entry form until the integration is restored.

Safari PDF Export

Known Bug

PDF export of reports may fail silently or produce a blank file when using Safari.

Workaround: Use Chrome or Firefox when exporting reports to PDF.

Recently Resolved

Planning Center giving sync delay

Fixed Feb 2025

Giving data from Planning Center was syncing inconsistently, sometimes missing Monday imports. Giving data now syncs reliably on Monday mornings.

Multi-campus dashboard crash

Fixed Jan 2025

Organizations with 5 or more campuses experienced a crash when switching between campuses in the dashboard. The campus selector now works correctly with any number of campuses.

  • Step-by-step instructions to reproduce the issue
  • Your browser and device (e.g., Chrome on macOS, Safari on iPhone)
  • A screenshot or screen recording if possible

We aim to respond within 1 business day.

Feature Requests

Known issues are different from feature requests. If something is working as designed but you'd like it to work differently, that's a feature request. Send feature ideas to support@vitals.church with the subject line “Feature Request: [your idea]”. We read every one.
